Can vomiting and misaligned limbs be symptoms of High Rise Syndrome in cats?

My partner and I recently moved into a city apartment on the fifth floor of our building. My cat has adjusted to our new living situation. I've recently noticed that she has misaligned legs, as if she fell off the balcony. In addition, she's been puking a lot, and I'm not sure what's up.

If you believe your cat may be having high rise syndrome symptoms I would recommend taking your cat to a local radiographs to have blood work or radiographs performed. Vomiting can indicate numerous things such as hair ball, ingestion of a foreign body, mass, or many other factors.
