How do I train my dog to stop nipping or biting?

My dog still has her baby teeth and they are super sharp. She's learning how to play gently but is still nipping and biting our hands even when we try to gently rub her or stroke her belly. My poor hands suffer! Help us please. We tried distracting with toys to no avail.

The best recommendation is when she starts to nibble, do a simple firm “ouch, no”, pull your hand away and do not give her attention. Also any guests that you may have come over for play time, should do the same to discourage nibbling altogether.
